His work experience is studded with significant contributions in Multi-National Companies such as Aspect Development, i2 Technologies, Symphony Services, Wipro Technologies, Nokia Siemens Networks, Sutherland Global Services, [24]7 Inc. First Advantage, etc.
He was recently recognized as One of India’s Top 20 most Impactful HR leaders by CHRO Vision & Innovation Summit and Transformance Business Media (2022). He was awarded the ‘Making a Difference’ – Chairman’s Award (2001) at Symphony Group (i2 Technologies). He also received a ‘Special Recognition’ award from Mr. Azim Premji (Wipro) for designing & conducting the program, ‘Future Bright’ (2007).
